Common Queries
Bootcamp Enrollment & Cancellation
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel your spot in an upcoming bootcamp, you may do so up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the program, as spots are limited and planned for in advance.
We do not offer partial refunds for missed sessions, but we’ll do our best to accommodate emergencies or help you transfer to a future session.
Shipping & Processing
All online orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–10 business days via USPS depending on your location. You will receive tracking info once your order has been shipped.
At this time, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
Return Policy Details
Because we are a small business, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake made by Grindhouse Fitness 513.
